What do we do?

GFA South East Europe is a subsidiary of the Hamburg-based GFA Consulting Group GmbH. Building upon more than 40 years of GFA experience, we provide advisory and technical assistance to our partners in the climate, energy and environment sectors in Western Balkans. To this end, we specialize on policy advice and alignment with the EU acquis, development of national and local energy and climate strategies, capacity development and institution building, project preparation and implementation of the respective measures. A special focus lies on local climate action for cities to become low-carbon and resilient. GFA Consulting Group and GFA SEE are both members of GFA GROUP.
